RETURNS / REFUND POLICY

How to Make a Return:

Please include a copy of your purchase order / receipt.  This will identify your order in our system.  No handwritten notes or messages will be accepted.

We recommend using a tracked service when making a return to us. Refunds or exchanges cannot be actioned in the event of non-receipt at our returns department.

Please note:
Delivery addresses that include an error incorrectly added by the customer, which therefore results in the order being returned to our warehouse will not have their shipping charge refunded if the customer chooses a refund. If the customer would like us to resend the order an additional shipping cost may be charged.

Refund Policy:

We accept refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The product is still sealed and in original packaging. This includes the protected palm plastic affixed to the latex palm of the glove.  If this is removed, a full refund will not be issued.
  • The product has not been used or worn.
  • The product has a genuine fault or defect upon arrival.
  • The product is lost in the postal service and proof is provided (e.g. no confirmation of signed delivery, it was lost or misplaced by UPS or USPS etc.)
  • Accepted returns will be refunded by the tender used on purchase.  For credit cards, please allow 10-14 days for refunded amount to be issued back on card.  It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.

  • The product must be postmarked and returned within 21 days of purchase - we cannot accept returns later than this.
  • Products must be returned in original condition & packaging.
  • Please include a copy of your purchase order / receipt.  This will identify your order in our system.  No handwritten notes or messages will be accepted.
  • Customer provides return shipping at their own cost.  
  • We will not charge a restocking fee.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund:

  • Shipping costs
  • Contact latex gloves with protective palm plastic removed (including damage to the latex upon removing the plastic)
  • Products returned after 21 days since purchase
  • Gloves with wear or deterioration that is deemed fair use - latex is a natural material that can and will experience wear from the very first use, the level of wear will vary per keeper depending on their age, technique, playing surface and much more.
  • Gloves with wear or deterioration caused by not preparing and caring for them in line with the glove care instructions on the packaging
